School Uniform

It is important to wear full uniform to show that the children are ready to learn.  All pupils from Reception to Year 6 should wear the correct uniform every day.

Any uniform your child has grown out of that is in good condition can be donated to school and we will add to our Uniform bank to support other families.  If you need help with uniform please let us know, we have pre-loved and new items.

Uniform

  • V-neck dark green jumper or cardigan
  • Green and gold striped tie
  • White shirt
  • Black/dark grey skirt or pinafore and/or trousers
  • Green & white checked dress in summer
  • Plain black or white head scarf
  • Sensible black shoes
  • Black or white tights, plain leggings or socks
  • Green Lane book bag, water bottle
  • Smart haircuts/tidy hair

Please do not wear:

Sweatshirts
Polo shirts
Jeans
Brands or logos
Slip on shoes
Pointed shoes
‘Uggs’ or similar boots
Make-up

No mobile phones or similar devices
No ‘patterned hair’ or extreme hair styles

PE Kit

Plain black/navy blue tracksuit bottoms or shorts & plain hoodie/sweatshirt
Plain white T-shirt/polo shirt
Black trainers or pumps – NO LOGO
Bag for kit
NO FOOTBALL KITS please

Jewellery

Watches for responsible pupils Y2 upwards. Small religious necklace e.g. taweez, cross, ohm etc. Small, plain stud earrings only.
No other jewellery is allowed.

Coats and Jackets

Waterproof with a hood, as pupils wear them on visits and outside, avoid expensive items please. Plain ‘extra’ hoodies/jumper are currently allowed in class, in addition to a uniform jumper/cardigan, as windows will be open for good ventilation. NO denim jackets, leather jackets or fancy coats please.
